Well my strategy, If i wanted to start the Indoor games business for kids would be on this few parameters.
Scout for a place where the need is, you get this when you do bit of research in which ever city u belong to (I would prefer a IT Crowded Region where people would want their kids to spend to play).
Do some mathematics with the commercials of it, Establishment Cost, Operations Cost etc.
Start getting Quotes for the Equipment ( U just need to google it), Finalize few best of them out of them.
Start Promoting in radius of 5 km from the place.
